This treatise aims to carve out a legitimate place for the traditional somatic knowledge that has long been marginalized within modern Western philosophy. Modern humans have developed a division between body and thought. As we enter the AI era and humanity loses its advantage in logical thinking, the abandonment of somatic knowledge is a dangerous sign for the existence of the species. In order to depict the division between body and thought, this treatise traces back to the era when the concepts of medical respiration and theological soul overlapped philosophically, thereby delineating a blank space in modern philosophy. First, the division between breath and soul is not a historical necessity, but was formed posteriory by a specific era and a specific academic division of labor. Second, by reframing this division not as a "boundary line" but as a concept the treatise will call Awai, deliberately left untranslated, the problem of demarcation (where the body ends and thought begins) can be resolved. Third, the study of somatic knowledge is a strategy for securing the ontological uniqueness of humanity in the AI era. Fourth, the deepening of this division is positioned as a single, long-term historical arc beginning with Renaissance Humanism (the project of making the world computable, extending from perspective to AI), and the turning point at which this arc currently stands is examined. Fifth, the way of living in which one abandons this somatic knowledge, leaving only respiration and letting go of the soul, is also a freedom open to humans, and the description of this freedom is the very reason why the study of somatic knowledge should be started. Although this treatise borrows the format of academic argumentation, its purpose is not to pass peer review. It was written based on the ideas of the author, who is a painter, using AI as an auxiliary tool. Although the philosophical conception and the core of the argument belong to the author, interdisciplinary errors or insufficiencies are disclaimed, and translation by experts is requested. This is a preliminary essay intended to visualize a philosophical blank space that has been left unattended for a long time and to serve as the starting point for an ideological movement. | 本論は、近代西洋哲学において長らく周縁化されてきたあらゆる伝統的身体知の正当な居場所を切り開くことを目的とする。AI時代を迎え、人類が論理的思考力の優位性を失うに際して、身体知の置き去りは種の存在として危険な兆候であろう。本論では、身体と思考の分断を描くため、医学的な呼吸と神学的な魂の概念が哲学的に重なり合っていた時代まで遡り、近代哲学における空白地帯を描く。 第一に、息と魂の分断は歴史の必然ではなく、特定の時代・特定の学問的分業によって後天的に形成されたものであること。第二に、この分断を「境界線」としてではなく「あわい」として捉え直すことで、線引きの問題(どこからどこまでが身体で、どこからが思考か)を解消できること。第三に、身体知の研究が、AI時代において人類の存在論的な固有性を確保するための戦略であること。第四に、この分断の深化を、ルネサンス人文主義に始まる一つの長期的な歴史的弧(遠近法からAIに至る、世界の計算可能化のプロジェクト)として位置づけ、その弧が現在どのような分岐点にあるかを検討すること。第五に、身体知を放棄し、呼吸のみを残して魂を手放すという生き方もまた人間に開かれた自由であり、この自由の記述こそが、身体知の研究を始めるべき理由そのものであること。 本論は、学術的な論証の形式を借りてはいるが、査読を通過することを目的としていない。画家である著者のアイデアを基に、AIを補助ツールとして用いて記述した。哲学的構想と主張の核心は著者によるが、学際的な誤りや不十分な点は免責事項とし、専門家による翻訳を願う。これは、長い間放置されてきた哲学的な空白地帯を可視化し、一つの思想運動の出発点とするための試論である。

This thesis begins with a fundamental questioning of the definitions of "0" and "∞" in modern mathematics, which deals with addition and multiplication. By extending the conventional number line into a three-dimensional spherical model, we perform an informational expansion of "existence," such as "R = 0, i = ∞." While existing frameworks like the Riemann sphere and Wheel algebra attempt to address division by zero based on the premise of the existence of numbers, this study takes a more foundational position: numbers are materialized only after designing the geometric symmetry of existence itself. Rather than a rigorous mathematical proof, this paper serves as a sketch of spatial design philosophy, anticipating a new geometric perspective toward the unification of general relativity and quantum theory. [Part 1: Spatial Models and the Redefinition of the Zero Point] Based on Leibniz's philosophy, the "Monad" is established as the minimum unit of existence. By introducing "Five Universe Models" that monitor geometric symmetry, "0" is reinterpreted not as a mere absence but as a dimensional "portal" (exit). This section argues for the necessity of the "Universal Mapping Absolute (UMA) Monad," an absolute zero point that integrates addition and multiplication without contradiction. [Part 2: The Spherical Model and the Existence Axis] The conventional number line is extended into a three-dimensional spherical model by adding an "Existence axis" to the real number axes (additive and multiplicative circles), reconceptualizing numbers as three-dimensional coordinates. It is conjectured that the standard number line is a "mapping" extracted from a specific region within this vast information space, and the implications of the lost information are discussed. [Part 3: Procedures of Reflux Calculus] As a specific operational procedure, this section explains the process of converting numerical values into binary and mapping them onto the existence axis. Through this, a conceptual framework for arithmetic operations including division by zero and infinity---which remain undefined in conventional mathematics---is presented along with a simplified computational program. This research aims to chart a new horizon for human rights theory, centered on the "subject breathing here and now". First, following the historical development of rights such as the right to privacy, this study clarifies the philosophical prerequisites of personality rights. By conceptualizing the "Right of the Soul" within a secular framework of legal philosophy as the equivalent of a mathematical imaginary axis (i), it explores the possibility of representing the invisible "erosion of the soul" as a geometric area. Furthermore, it cites suicide resulting from digital lynching as a case study and addresses the existence of "Information Pollution." This work is a deliberate attempt to construct a concrete and inviolable "bulwark" against the systematic, albeit unconscious, dismantling of personhood prevalent in modern society and legal philosophy. Within the history of philosophy, this study redefines the Platonic and Aristotelian concepts of the "soul" as a secular structure through the lenses of phenomenology and neuroscience, presenting a synthetic theory—without ostensible novelty—that serves as a critical ontological foundation for personality rights. | 本研究は、「いま、ここで呼吸する主体」として尊重されるための、新たな人権論の地平を提示することを目指す。まず、プライバシー権などの発達に倣い、人格権の前提条件を法哲学的に明確化する。そして、世俗側の法哲学の枠組み内における「魂の権利」を、数学的な虚数軸に相当する概念とすることで、目に見えない「魂の削り取られ」を面積として表現する可能性を模索する。また、適用例としてデジタルリンチによる自死を挙げ、情報公害の存在に言及する。現代社会と法哲学において無自覚に、しかし組織的に行われてきたであろう人格の解体に対して、具体的かつ不可侵の「防壁」を築く試みである。なお、哲学史上においては、プラトン・アリストテレス的魂概念を、現象学と神経科学を通じて世俗側の構造として再定義し、人格権の存在論的基礎として提示する、新規性のない統合理論である。

This paper presents "Heliocentrism of Time" as an epistemological supplement to "The Theory of Absolute Breath." It defines the somatic-physiological preconditions of intellectual genesis as "genesis infrastructure" and proposes "genesis consistency" as a meta-normative criterion for epistemic validity. Modern intellect has fallen into a "theoretical unconsciousness," forgetting its bodily foundation and leading to the systemic suffocation of life. By establishing "breath"—the intersection of consciousness (will) and life (unconsciousness)—as the epistemological zero point and vertically synchronizing past, present, and future through "Temporal Alignment," this paper rejects "performative inconsistency" where intellectual enactment undermines its own respiratory bases. Finally, it argues for the legitimacy of "autonomous halt" (Void/空) as a logical limiter against civilizational self-destruction. The core arguments are based on the author's own everyday physical observations since childhood.

This treatise by painter Hirofumi Miyauchi proposes a paradigm shift in the intellectual foundations of modern civilization, moving from "theory" to "breath". In Part I, "Heliocentrism of Art," the author provides a logical analysis of how theory infringes upon somatic knowledge, leading humanity into a state of "collective respiratory failure". In Part II, "Heliocentrism of Breath," breath is defined as the "Scientific Zero Point (0)," presenting a new coordinate system of intelligence to re-establish the right to survival.
