Is it possible ontologically to think about education? Can the ontological category of “being” allow us to think of an educational human being? How can the ontological category of “being there” contextualize the educational reality in Latin America? These questions will guide an ontological reflection based on Latin-American philosophical categories “being” and “being there” for thinking about education. This reflection will propose an ontological presence of the symbol from the analogy and the educational experience, as a reality that opens to new experiences in teaching and learning.

This article focuses on an Ethno philosophy through intercultural philosophy and dialogue. This philosophical reflection stands on an historical, cultural and ethical subject known as “us” in the Latin American experience. From an intercultural dialog and its philosophy, there will be an approach of Ethno philosophy as a new way of thinking and doing philosophy from interculturalism, the recovery of ancestral knowledge and the dialogue of different forms of knowledge from the diversity of worldviews of different cultures and ethnic groups.

This article proposes the construction of an Ethno-philosophy based on the category of "us" that comes from Hispanic philosophical reflection, an intercultural philosophy and knowledge exchange as the foundation of Ethnoscience. The recovery of ancestral knowledge and practices questions the exercise of scientific knowledge which responds to univocal, rational and formal logics. This new starting point of view for human knowledge and thought through an Ethno-philosophy settles a philosophical and an epistemological basis that guides Ethno-science research. Ethno-Philosophy is defined as a new and coming philosophy, as a practical philosophy that seeks to recover the original way of thinking of our native people.

This article values the importance of symbolic language through an Analog Hermeneutics and Communication Community. This philosophical itinerary starts in a collective subject called “Us” (“nosotros”) from the Latin American philosophical reflection. The symbol, such as meaningful space for semantics, shows up in a symbolic language that includes a variety of rationalities. This inclusion through symbolic language allows strengthening the “a priori” of a Communication Community that supports and ethical and historical “us”. For this purpose, an Analog Hermeneutics is presented as a valid method for philosophical thinking around the symbolic language. The analogy allows considering the ambiguous and unambiguous of languages and the hermeneutics through the symbol allows us to speak and think beyond what is stated. The Analog Hermeneutics invites to recover the different meanings and to interpret the senses through the symbol in different cultures. The symbol is a new inspiration for traditional Philosophy because it recovers wisdoms, customs, images and traditions.

La pedagogía Ignaciana, basada en los Ejercicios Espirituales de San Ignacio de Loyola, se adapta a los desafíos educativos contemporáneos. La educación virtual se constituye en el escenario idóneo para una educación mediada por la tecnología, el internet y las redes sociales. A partir de modelos y principios tecnoeducativos, el presente artículo plantea corolarios de los cinco momentos del Paradigma Pedagógico Ignaciano, como son el contexto, la experiencia, la reflexión, la acción y la evaluación; y los cinco principios para una enseñanza eficaz, tales como el problema, la activación, la demostración, la aplicación y la integración. Estos corolarios, a manera de demostración, proponen puentes y conexiones para el diseño tecnopedagógico de la pedagogía Ignaciana evidenciados en la integración de las TIC en los entornos virtuales de aprendizaje.

This article presents the incidence of the symbol through Latin-American philosophical reflection. It is possible to think of a philosophical activity through the symbol, as a place of a multiplicity of meanings and senses. A new understanding of the symbol lead to re-discover it from the experience of the indigenous Andean communities and Latin American baroque art. The incidence of the symbol in the educational process is performed through an ethical perspective and hermeneutics that focuses on new alternatives for teaching philosophy in the classroom.

The purpose of this article is to inquire into the perception and sense of what is considered sacred by youth mediated by the use of technology, the internet and social media. Based on an approximation to digital young generations and theirperception of what is considered sacred, there is an approach to investigatereligion and digital culture. What is sacred is built and showed in alternativespaces out of traditional institutions, such as the internet and social media. Thecyberspace allows what is sacred to get closer to the human being in his pursueof God.

This article analyzes the incidence of digital education in teacher training in themodalities of b-learning and e-learning. The research proposed three case studies. The frststudy evaluates the efects of a TIa training course in b-learning mode in the digitalcompetence of teachers in an Ecuadorian university. The second study identifed the keycomponents of the instructional design of a postgraduate program in the e-learningmodality of a Spanish university. The third study established a proposal for instructional re-design of a digital education course through development of digital and informationalcompetencies for Ecuadorian higher education staf. The results showed that he instructionaldesign of the training courses does not meet the needs and expectations of the digitalcompetence, nor does it show an improvement in IaT practices in the classroom; the masterdegree analyzed is considered as a valid, innovative and updated proposal for the training ofprofessionals and researchers in Educational Technology and the design of the activities iskey to the promotion of deep learning in online education; and instructional re-design,based on the results of the previous studies, contributes to the quality of digital teachertraining in the University. These three studies allow a comprehensive view of the results ofresearch on digital education and university staf training in b-learning and e-learning.

Hoy en día se percibe una crisis en torno a las relaciones de la sociedad con el estado producto del descrédito por no sentirse identificados con el gobierno de turno, los actos de corrupción, la ineficacia de las acciones en torno a desastres naturales y humanos como la pandemia del Covid-19. Esta realidad planetaria nos invita a pensar en una nueva racionalidad política que sea incluyente reconociendo las diferencias y diversidades del ciudadano común. Para este cometido, el presente artículo realiza una revisión de la literatura desde un recorrido histórico desde diferentes autores de la filosofía política sobre los sentidos y las tensiones en las relaciones entre la sociedad y el estado. Luego se plantea lo que es una nueva racionalidad política a partir de un sujeto político emergente que, ante las adversidades, las situaciones de marginalidad y pobreza, hace prevalecer el sentido de una conciencia colectiva. Desde un enfoque hermenéutico, se realiza una definición de lo político, como una forma alternativa de la praxis política que busca recuperar el sentido de organización, convivencia y toma de decisiones desde nuestra condición como seres políticos. De esta manera, las relaciones sociedad-estado serán resituadas para la búsqueda de un nuevo orden post-covid más justo, solidario, tolerante y resiliente.

From the perspective of Latin American philosophy, the contribution done by Juan Carlos Scannone is undeniable. Theologian and philosopher, his purpose was to establish philosophical categories of thought that answer to Latin American problems from their ethical-historical-cultural nucleus. The objective of this article is to propose some contributions for inculturation in Philosophical Anthropology from the Latin American thought was developed by Scannone. These contributions are the result of a thesis for a Bachelor of Philosophy, whose director was Scannone himself.

El capítulo La familia, la sociedad y el Estado como actores claves en la politicidad del sujeto, elaborado por Jorge Antonio Balladares-Burgos, tiene como objetivo recuperar el sentido la politicidad del sujeto a través de tres actores claves: la familia, la sociedad civil, y la sociedad política o Estado. La importancia de este capítulo radica en la reflexión de la familia a partir de la politicidad del sujeto, en el que la capacidad humana de convivencia y organización de un sujeto tiene su punto de partida en el entorno familiar, para que luego el individuo se desarrolle en sociedad en articulación a un estado. Esta temática a decir del autor, es fundamental para legitimar una educación ciudadana que inicie desde el hogar; establece la necesidad de resignificar la politicidad en lo sujetos que conforman nuestras sociedades latinoamericanas; la politicidad del sujeto orienta las relaciones familiares e interpersonales, modela las sociedades, fomenta la comunicación y nos constituye como seres humanos.

El presente trabajo propone la construcción de una Etnofilosofía a partir de la categoría del “nosotros” de la reflexión filosófica latinoamericano, de una filosofía intercultural y del encuentro de saberes como fundamento de las etnociencias. La recuperación de saberes y prácticas ancestrales cuestiona el ejercicio de la ciencia en sí que responden a lógicas unívocas, racionales, comprobatorias y evidenciables. Este nuevo punto de partida para el saber y el pensamiento humano a través de una Etnofilosofía plantea las bases filosóficas y epistemológicas que sustenten la investigación en las etnociencias. La Etnofilosofía se presenta como una filosofía inédita, como una filosofía práctica que busca recuperar el modo originario del pensar de nuestros pueblos.

¿De qué manera se puede pensar ontológicamente la educación? ¿La categoría ontológica del “ser” permite pensar en un “ser educable”? ¿Puede la categoría ontológica del “estar” contextualizar la realidad educativa en América Latina? Estas preguntas guiarán una reflexión ontológica sobre el “ser” y “estar” para pensar la educación. A partir de esta reflexión desde una filosofía latinoamericana, se planteará una presencia ontológica del símbolo desde la analogía y la experiencia educativa, como realidad que apertura hacia nuevas experiencias y aprendizajes para el ser humano en la educación.
