Julian Friedland is a French-American philosopher and ethicist focused on activating moral reasoning and agency via moral self-awareness and AI design. He is Associate Professor at MSU-Denver College of Business, previously assistant professor at Trinity College Dublin, and has held posts at the University of Toulouse, George Washington University, Fordham, and the University of Colorado. His work appears is such journals as Academy of Management Perspectives, Journal of Business Ethics, MIT Sloan Management Review and newsprint such as the New York Times, Irish Times, Boston Globe, and Chronicle of Higher Education.
