My research is in contemporary ethics, the philosophy of emotions, and phenomenology. I’m particularly interested in moral vagueness, response-dependence, relationship ethics, and virtue ethics.
I live in Leeds, where I’m doing a PhD at the University of Leeds. I completed an MA in Philosophy at Koç University in Istanbul, and a BA in Philosophy at the University of Hamburg, my hometown. I previously completed a BA in Musicology and Education Sciences, also in Hamburg.
