Dr. Berry is a scholar whose work has helped shape the emerging field of organizational ethics in health care, examining how health care institutions should navigate questions of justice, responsibility, and resource allocation in increasingly complex social and political environments. Her research combines empirical social science methods with political and moral philosophy to develop practical frameworks for ethical decision-making in health care policy, strategy, and leadership. She has worked with health care payers, providers, and biopharmaceutical organizations on the ethical dimensions of organizational decision-making, health equity, and institutional responsibility.
Dr. Berry received her PhD in Health Policy and Ethics from Harvard University and her BA in Philosophy from Princeton University.
