He holds a PhD in Philosophy from the Graduate Program in Philosophy at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS) and a Master's degree in Philosophy from the same institution. He has been teaching basic education at Feevale University's School of Application since 2020, teaching subjects in philosophy and the humanities. His research focuses on the theory of knowledge, with an emphasis on analytical epistemology, theories of rationality and theories of the structure of justification. He is also interested in traditional/formal epistemology, logic, philosophy of education and metaepistemology.
