I am fascinated by the emptiness of nothing, the totality of everything, and the boundaries we draw around the 'some-things' in between, including from Kabbalistic and Buddhist perspectives. And regarding the boundaries between humans and genders, I am leading a project 'Trans/Forming Pregnancy' on gender diversity and reproduction.
I have published two books, 'Women of Ideas' (2021, Oxford University Press) and ‘What's in a Doughnut Hole? And other philosophical food for thought’ (2026, Icon). I am currently working on my third book, with the support of my literary agent, Ben Clark at The Soho Agency.
In terms of affiliations, I am co-Director of the Society for Women in Philosophy UK, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, on the Council for the Royal Institute of Philosophy, and a Trade Unionist with RHUL UCU.
