Vincent Guillin holds a PhD in philosophy from the London School of Economics and Political Science (2006), under the supervision of Nancy Cartwright. After being recruited as an Associate Lecturer at the Collège de France (2007-2009), in the Chair of Philosophy of Biological and Medical Sciences (Prof. Anne Fagot-Largeault), Vincent has held a position as full professor in the Department of Philosophy at the University of Quebec in Montreal (Canada) since January 2010, where he teaches philosophy of the humanities and history of philosophy.
