11In this short text, I will create Bayesian factors by bringing the likelihoods of Theism and Naturalism closer to 1 point (100%) in 8 factors and comparing their additional assumptions using the linear complexity penalty method. I also examined major theodicies at the end. Most importantly, the figures used in this text are subjective and intuitive.

24Debates in the history of the philosophy of religion are often shaped around specific arguments that are isolated from one another. While theistic literature focuses on cosmological evidence and fine-tuning, naturalistic objections are mostly based on the problem of evil and evolutionary history. This fragmented approach has created an unproductive methodological ground where parties interpret each other's arguments in their weakest forms (Strawman). But can a test be constructed that is free fr…Read more

24In this article, I will attempt to show that naturalism explains practical ethics epistemically more powerfully and simply than theism. I believe the conclusion I reach will also provide a framework for understanding normative ethics.

42Recent cumulative arguments in the philosophy of religion have utilized Bayes’ theorem to argue that multiple independent pieces of evidence can collectively render Theism probable. This paper adopts the same Bayesian framework but applies it to Naturalism, introducing a methodology we term ”Hyper-Conservative Cumulative Naturalism.” By assigning equal prior probabilities to both Theism and Naturalism (P(N) = P(T) = 0.5) and granting generous epistemic multipliers to Theism in core ontological d…Read more

386This paper presents a formal Bayesian analysis evaluating the probability of three major metaphysical hypotheses: Atheism, Deism, and Theism. The evaluation is grounded in an epistemological framework where cumulative subjectivity pragmatically approximates normativity. Adopting the baseline position of a Negative Atheist, prior probabilities are assigned based on a strictly linear application of the principle of parsimony (Ockham’s Razor). Subsequently, 26 major arguments from the philosophy of…Read more

117This paper argues that the God hypothesis is not merely unnecessary but theoretically problematic and ontologically costly. By examining the structure of reality through internal tension, cumulative dynamics, and the Principle of Sufficient Reason (PSR), we suggest that certain forms of classical theism face serious explanatory challenges. Drawing upon the concept of ”Universal Acid” and the history of scientific unification, we argue that if a transcendent, immutable God existed, empirical real…Read more

297J.L. Mackie’s logical problem of evil is widely considered addressed by Alvin Plantinga’s Free Will Defense (FWD). Plantinga’s defense heavily relies on the logical possibility of libertarian free will. This paper argues that Plantinga’s defense faces a significant metaphysical tension when situated within Classical Theism. By formulating a deductive argument utilizing modal logic and the Principle of Sufficient Reason (PSR), I demonstrate that the core attributes of the Classical Theist God—nam…Read more

176Before undertaking an exploratory critique of the foundational arguments in the philosophy of religion, it is necessary to establish a consistent logical framework. This paper introduces the Argument Power Test (APT), a metaphilosophical heuristic designed to evaluate the entire spectrum of philosophical arguments regarding God, encompassing both theistic and atheistic paradigms. Moving away from continuous mathematical metrics, this methodology relies strictly on formal first-order and modal lo…Read more

745This paper presents a cumulative Bayesian analysis comparing the explanatory power of Theism (T) and Naturalism (N). Drawing upon the methodological frameworks of Swinburne and Oppy, the study evaluates a comprehensive set of arguments, including cosmological and teleological arguments, the problem of evil, divine hiddenness, and arguments concerning logical coherence. By assigning epistemic probability ranges to each evidential factor, the posterior probabilities of the competing hypotheses are…Read more

199Background: A fundamental tension exists between Rational Choice Theory (which predicts rapid optimization) and Sociological Theory (which predicts inertia and lag). Standard Evolutionary Game Theory models adoption as a linear function of utility, failing to account for ”Threshold Behavior” observed in social change. Method: We perform a formal synthesis of the standard Replicator Dynamic Equation and the Time-Dependent Agency model proposed by Da˘g (2026). By scaling the micro-level ontogeneti…Read more

271Classical logic, rooted in the Aristotelian axiom of Identity (A = A) and Leibnizian Principle of Indiscernibles, represents a "frozen" abstraction of reality that implies zero entropic tension. This paper rejects this "static fallacy." Synthesizing the dialectical materialism of Engels with the process philosophy of Whitehead, Schelling, and Deleuze, I argue that tension (metabolic cost) scales inversely with stability but never vanishes. The transition between states involves a "Macro-Visual C…Read more

219Alvin Plantinga’s Evolutionary Argument Against Naturalism (EAAN) posits that the probability of our cognitive faculties being reliable (R) is low or inscrutable given naturalism and evolution (N&E). Critics argue that adaptive behavior does not necessitate true beliefs. In this paper, I address this challenge by introducing a Deflationary Asymptotic Model within the framework of the Ontogenetic Synthesis (Dağ, 2026a,b). By redefining ”Truth” not as a metaphysical correspondence but as a thermod…Read more

183Traditional historiography often analyzes regime stability through qualitative narratives, leading to retrospective descriptions rather than predictive mechanics. This paper proposes a formal systems-theoretic framework aligned with the goals of Cliodynamics, based on the Ontogenetic Principle of Cultural Dynamics (Dağ, 2026a). We model political evolution as a discrete-time optimization problem under constraints using the equation Ct+1 = e ^−KCt + (1 − e ^−K)A⃗. By defining Institutional Conduc…Read more

200Background: Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) remains a diagnosis of exclusion with no consensus on its ultimate evolutionary cause. Current treatments focus on symptom suppression rather than correcting the underlying regulatory logic. Hypothesis: This paper proposes the Thrifty Gut Hypothesis, a theoretical framework reframing IBS not as a defect, but as a manifestation of evolved energy management control policies driven by the "Selfish Brain." Moving beyond proximate pathological descriptions, …Read more

183The debate between Dual Inheritance Theory (DIT) and Cultural Attractor Theory (CAT) often overlooks the temporal dynamics of transmission. The Ontogenetic Synthesis (Dağ, 2026) proposes that human agency is time-dependent. In this study, we operationalize this framework through a discrete-time asymptotic model (M0). We introduce "Cultural Conductivity" (K) not as a direct neurological measure, but as a phenomenological proxy for the rate of adaptation. We apply this model to longitudinal IT usa…Read more

237The mechanisms of cultural transmission have long been debated between two dominant frameworks: Dual Inheritance Theory (DIT) and Cultural Attractor Theory (CAT). This paper articulates the Ontogenetic Synthesis, a comprehensive framework positing that these mechanisms operate sequentially within the human life history. Central to this synthesis is the Ontogenetic Principle of Cultural Dynamics (OPCD). Using a formal derivation based on linear response approximations, we demonstrate that DIT and…Read more

287Current literature on cultural evolution is often polarized between Darwinian selection (Memetics) and Lamarckian guided variation. This paper proposes the Ontogenetic Principle of Cultural Dynamics (OPCD) as a unifying theoretical framework to bridge this divide. I argue that these two models are not mutually exclusive but operate sequentially based on the cognitive maturity of the agent. The hypothesis posits that cultural transmission in childhood functionally resembles “Passive Memetic Repli…Read more
