This work takes as its sole initial givenness the fact that actual Reality exists and is given as process. The investigation does not begin with a choice of what existed "in the beginning." The question of the initial state is replaced by the question of the minimal invariant necessary for the very possibility of Reality as process. If the processuality of Reality is accepted as givenness, then absolute identity, absolute symmetry, and absolute synchrony are incompatible with it. The Prohibition of Indifference is thus reconstructed: Z = ¬(Id ∨ Sym ∨ Sync). Logos and Monos are distinct domains, not sequential stages. In Logos: A = A. In Monos, absolute identity is prohibited: A ≠ A → A₁. Logic does not transition into Reality. The dynamic consequences — dissipation of identity, temporality, spatiality, and recursivity — are developed in the corpus. Recursion occupies a special place: it arises in Monos as a prerequisite of process after the exhaustion of external degrees of freedom; the Observer does not generate it but realizes this prerequisite through the means of Logos. The work has the status of an ontological hypothesis concerning the minimally sufficient invariant of Reality. It is not a physical theory and does not derive concrete physical equations.

Настоящая работа рассматривает другой тип публикационного объекта — интерактивную онтологическую систему, в которой философский текст соединён с формальной дедукцией, визуализацией процессов, критической процедурой и машиночитаемым семантическим корпусом. В качестве case study рассматривается веб-приложение «Инвариант» invariant .ai .studio, реализующее философский проект Метамонизма. Приложение объединяет девять функционально связанных разделов: онтологическое ядро, аксиоматический материал, трактат, академический корпус, интерактивную дедуктивную машину, онтодинамический симулятор, философскую генеалогию, диалектическую арену и открытый репозиторный хаб. Работа не ставит целью доказать истинность Метамонизма. Её предметом является сама форма представления философской системы. Анализ показывает, что интерактивная публикация позволяет связать четыре ранее относительно раздельных уровня: философское содержание, интерактивную репрезентацию, формальную процедуру и машиночитаемую семантическую структуру. Особое внимание уделяется принципу «семантика прежде типизации, формализация прежде идентичности», согласно которому сначала реконструируется смысл корпуса, затем выделяются сущности, утверждения и отношения, после чего производится формализация и только затем присваиваются стабильные идентификаторы. Такой подход позволяет рассматривать философский корпус не только как текст для чтения, но и как структурированный объект, пригодный для проверки, критики, машинной обработки и дальнейшего расширения. Предлагается рассматривать интерактивную онтологию как возможную модель философской публикации в условиях цифровой и открытой научной среды.

Эссе в трёх частях предлагает онтологическую модель цивилизационного развития, основанную на фундаментальном различии двух способов легитимации политического порядка: «кости» и «манускрипта». Кость представляет материальную, сакрально-физическую непрерывность с мёртвыми — реликвии, могилы, кровь и почву. Манускрипт представляет рационально-текстуальную непрерывность — законы, конституции, хартии и договоры. Центральный тезис: цивилизация возникает не из одной лишь кости и не из одного лишь манускрипта, а из их динамического отношения. Кость обеспечивает непрерывность, идентичность и способность защищать. Манускрипт обеспечивает изменяемость, институты и способность организовывать жизнь. Их связь обеспечивает устойчивость; устойчивость, способная изменяться, становится развитием. Эссе развивает эту модель в трёх частях: (I) «Метафизика костей против прагматики манускриптов»; (II) «Кость и манускрипт: как цивилизация соединяет прошлое и будущее»; (III) «Кто защищает манускрипт? Кость, жертва и право живых». Формулируется гуманистический императив: «Мы помним, за что они умерли, но именно поэтому право жить принадлежит нам». В заключении предлагается биокультурное расширение: от инстинкта к кооперации, от альтруизма к жертве, от памяти к кости, от идентичности к манускрипту, от права к институту, от института к гражданину.

This work offers an introductory overview of Metamonism (Processual Ontodynamics) through the lens of key 20th-century philosophical schools. The text is structured in three thematic blocks: (I) criteria of reality, language, and meaning (pragmatism, logical positivism, analytic philosophy); (II) subject, perception, and understanding (phenomenology, existentialism, hermeneutics); (III) social, linguistic, and power structures (critical theory, structuralism, poststructuralism, neo-Marxism). It is shown that 20th-century philosophical thought, despite its diversity, moved toward the rejection of static substance in favor of processuality, difference, and action. Metamonism offers a unified axiomatic foundation in which these intuitions acquire a rigorous deductive form. The sole invariant of the system is the Prohibition of Indifference: absolute identity (I, I) is excluded from the domain of the actualization operator Dom(P) = {(D, I) | D ≠ I}. From this invariant, the entire subsequent dynamics of reality is deduced — from the emergence of space and time to consciousness and complex structures. The motto of the work — "Ex uno omnia" ("From one, everything") — symbolizes the overcoming of the fragmentation of philosophical knowledge. The work contains a methodological note and references to published preprints of the series "Metamonism (Ex uno omnia)."

Текст структурирован по трём тематическим блокам: (I) критерии реальности, языка и смысла (прагматизм, логический позитивизм, аналитическая философия); (II) субъект, восприятие и понимание (феноменология, экзистенциализм, герменевтика); (III) социальные, языковые и властные структуры (критическая теория, структурализм, постструктурализм, неомарксизм). Показано, что философская мысль XX века, при всём многообразии направлений, двигалась в направлении отказа от статичной субстанции в пользу процессуальности, различия и действия. Мета-Монизм предлагает единый аксиоматический фундамент, в котором эти интуиции обретают строгую дедуктивную форму. Единственным инвариантом системы является Запрет Безразличия: абсолютное тождество (I, I) исключено из области действия оператора актуализации Dom(P) = {(D, I) | D ≠ I}. Из этого инварианта дедуцируется вся последующая динамика реальности — от возникновения пространства и времени до сознания и сложных структур. Девиз работы — «Ex uno omnia» («Из одного — всё») — символизирует преодоление фрагментации философского знания. The second chapter of the monograph "Metamonism (Ex uno omnia)" examines the transition from a single act of actualization to a continuing process. It is demonstrated that no new fundamental invariants are required for the continuation of actualization — all subsequent structures arise as necessary consequences of the sole Prohibition of Indifference. A strict distinction is drawn between the trivial logical reflexivity of a state and its substantive, ontodynamic exhaustion; it is shown that it is substantive exhaustion, rather than formal tautology, that removes the state from the domain of the actualization operator. Three consequences are derived from this contradiction: dissipation of identity as the essence of the continuing process; the emergence of spatiality and temporality as forms of process continuation; orthogonal resolution as the minimal transformation that resolves the contradiction of the current state. The concept of a recursive loop and conjugate mapping is introduced. The methodological status of equidistance and of the transition from asynchrony to periodicity is separately qualified — as economical but not strictly uniquely demonstrated solutions. The theorem on the fundamental incompletability of actualization is formulated. The chapter demonstrates that space, time, and all subsequent structures are not independent entities but arise as necessary consequences of a single fundamental prohibition.

The first chapter of the monograph "Metamonism" in English establishes the axiomatic foundation for all subsequent ontodynamics. Two maximally general static categories are introduced — Identity (I) and Difference (D) — forming a minimal pair of mutually defining logical categories. The initial empirical fact of the study is the existence of actualized discernible reality. Since static categories themselves do not contain a mechanism of transition from potentiality to actualization, a minimal logical operator P (Process) is introduced as a binary operator of actualization, defining the mapping P: (D, I) ↦ R. The domain of the operator Dom(P) is defined by the condition D ≠ I, which excludes absolute identity (I, I) ∉ Dom(P). This condition is fixed as the first invariant of ontodynamics — the Prohibition of Indifference. It is demonstrated that the Prohibition of Indifference is not an independent postulate but arises as a logically inevitable consequence of defining the domain of the actualization operator. The concluding section distinguishes between static and dynamic interpretations of the Prohibition of Indifference, showing that the prohibition acts not as the exclusion of a single point but as a continuously operative condition preventing the actualization process from coming to a halt.

This work is the Preface to the monograph "Metamonism." The Preface defines the object of research (reality as actualized being), the subject of research (the cause and mechanism of actualization), and formulates the initial problem: based on the empirical fact of the existence of reality, it is necessary to identify the minimal invariant that makes possible the actualization of precisely the reality we observe. A methodological limitation is introduced: the question of why there is something rather than nothing is treated not as an absolute metaphysical problem, but as a conditional-deductive consequence of the fact of actualized reality. It is shown that indifference (the absolute absence of difference) is structurally indistinguishable from its own absence and therefore cannot be actualized. Consequently, if reality is actualized, it must necessarily consist in difference rather than indifference. The philosophical core of the book asserts that a Theory of Everything must be not a state equation, but a theory of principles — a strict deduction of what the world is compelled to be in order not to violate the fundamental Invariant. Physics, biology, and consciousness are presented as successive, logically inevitable orthogonal moves of a single process governed by a unified set of generative principles.

Настоящая работа предлагает радикальное переосмысление фундаментального понятия «настоящего» (the Present). В отличие от классических трактовок, рассматривающих настоящее либо как математический срез (точку на временной оси), либо как субъективное переживание «потока», либо как статичный элемент блочной Вселенной, мы постулируем, что настоящее есть процессуальная единица минимально актуализированного различия (P₁), представленная в полном объёме и непрерывно реализующая свою неидентичность посредством ортогонального разрешения в акт следующего различия вследствие Запрета Безразличия (≠). Работа выстроена по трёхуровневой методологической архитектуре: чистая онтология (Уровень А), дедуктивные следствия (Уровень Б) и гипотезы физического соответствия (Уровень В). Из единого Инварианта — Запрета Безразличия (≠) — дедуцируется необходимость существования минимального акта различия (P₁), его онтологическая «толщина» (протяжённость и продолжительность) и генезис временной направленности через принцип ортогонального разрешения последовательных актуализаций. Скорость света c принимается как эмпирический инвариант предельного темпа диссипации, тогда как планковские величины рассматриваются как рабочая гипотеза масштаба. Предлагаемая модель задаёт строгий онтологический фундамент, в рамках которого парадоксы времени, квантовой неопределённости и относительности получают новое концептуальное прочтение.

Настоящая работа, являющаяся Частью I Второго короллария, переносит принципы процессуальной онтодинамики с космологического уровня на микрофизический. Опираясь на единый фундаментальный инвариант — Запрет Безразличия, мы демонстрируем, что все планковские величины (lP,tP,mP,EP,TP) суть различные метрические проявления единого минимального процессуального различия — луча P1. Из сопряженной природы P1 следует запрет на искривление пространства-времени и единство темпа актуализации (cc). Вводится концепция двухуровневого пространства-времени: первичная процессуальная протяженность, возникающая вместе с лучом (P1P1), и метрика актуализированной реальности (сигнатура Минковского), возникающая как топологический след завершенного цикла (P1→P2→P3→P4). Формулируется Аксиома процессуального электрона (−P4+P1=−P3), объясняющая массу, комптоновскую длину волны и спин. Показано, что электрон возникает как минимальное процессуальное различие P1P1, сохраняющееся из-за запрета на достижение абсолютного тождества P0P0 при предельном сжатии оболочки P4P4. Ядро интерпретируется как «заполненная» процессуальная оболочка, а электрон — как «пустая» оболочка ортогонального разрешения, топологически сопрягаемая с ядром с сохранением минимального процессуального зазора. Показано, что дискретность атомных спектров обусловлена необходимостью резонансных соизмеримых пропорций (p/qp/q) между оболочками и порождает резонансное биение — динамический барьер, предотвращающий коллапс электрона на ядро. Квантовые числа и принцип Паули выводятся как прямые следствия топологии процессуальных страт. Обнаруженный структурный изоморфизм с алгеброй Дирака открывает путь к дедуктивному выводу уравнения Дирака из процессуальных принципов.

Настоящая работа, являющаяся Частью III Первого короллария, представляет Модель процессуальной Вселенной — стационарно-циклическую онтологию крупномасштабной динамики. Опираясь на модель первичной актуализации (экструзии) локальных узлов (Часть I), онтологию диссипации и каскадного размыкания (Часть II), а также на описание взаимодействия узлов через локальную доступность внешнего процессуального ресурса, работа предлагает структурную реинтерпретацию космологического красного смещения, кажущегося ускорения расширения Вселенной и космического двулучепреломления. Центральный тезис состоит в том, что наблюдаемые феномены, которые в стандартной модели (ΛCDM) объясняются через метрическое расширение пространства и тёмную энергию, получают альтернативное объяснение в рамках процессуальной динамики, вытекающей из единственного фундаментального инварианта — Запрета безразличия. Фотон рассматривается как незамкнутый когерентный режим, подверженный кумулятивной диссипации когерентности. Кажущееся ускорение интерпретируется как пороговый переход в прецессионной динамике. Галактики рассматриваются как практически бессмертные топологические аттракторы — инварианты процесса замещения. Текст организован на четырёх уровнях: (A) онтологические принципы; (B) структурные следствия; (C) физическая интерпретация; (D) проверяемые следствия и гипотезы. Показано, что все этапы модели возникают с логической и онтологической необходимостью из одного инварианта. Последовательно применяется принцип онтологического отчуждения.

В рамках процессуальной онтодинамики (Метамонизм) формулируется онтологическая модель завершения локального цикла как дополнение к модели первичной экструзии. Центральный тезис работы состоит в причинной инверсии: диссипация процессуального ресурса рассматривается не как побочный эффект существования локального узла, а как необходимое онтологическое условие его существования, вытекающее из запрета абсолютного тождества и конечности локальной стабилизации. Текст организован на четырёх уровнях утверждений: (A) онтологические принципы — примат процесса, запрет тождества, конечность локализации, локальный узел как стабилизация пространственно-временного процесса; (B) структурные следствия — изоморфизм локального и глобального циклов, движение как универсальный носитель возможности диссипативного обмена, снятие локальной фиксации различия, принцип каскадного размыкания; (C) физическая интерпретация — постулат квантовой локализации, иерархия масштабов диссипации, интерпретация наблюдаемых феноменов (с явной маркировкой статуса утверждений); (D) проверяемые следствия и гипотезы — гипотеза предельной компенсации, гипотеза пространственно-временной дисперсии, феноменологический коэффициент полноты возврата. Сформулирован принцип процессуального сохранения в математически корректной форме: Qloc=Qreturned+QresidualQloc=Qreturned+Qresidual. Показано, что модель образует замкнутую картину процессуальной динамики, в которой рождение и возврат материи описываются единым аппаратом без привлечения внешних сущностей.

В рамках процессуальной онтодинамики (Метамонизм) предложена двухуровневая модель первичного нуклеогенеза. Уровень 1 описывает экструзию минимального узла (нейтрона) и природу водорода. Уровень 2 вводит Конфигурацию Процессуального Насыщения (КПН). Процессуальная ёмкость КПН выводится из пространства фрустрации Ω₄ = {D, I}⁴: четыре оси фрустрации возникают как необходимое следствие структуры цикла P₁→P₄; бинарный режим каждой оси следует из онтологического различия D ↔ I и Запрета безразличия. Мощность пространства |Ω₄| = 2⁴ = 16 — не внешний параметр, а следствие уже установленного аппарата. При развёртывании КПН в среде минимальной ёмкости (войд) 16 элементарных конфигураций проецируются в нуклонные узлы: 4 образуют тетраэдрическую оболочку (гелий-4), 12 остаются изолированными (водород). Модельное соотношение Y_p = 25% качественно согласуется с наблюдаемым первичным гелиевым плато (Y_p ≈ 24.5%). Расхождение Δ = 0.5% интерпретируется через принцип неполной актуализации и связывается с двумя экспериментальными аномалиями: нейтрино в β-распаде и разрывом времени жизни нейтрона. Топологический барьер 5-го узла объясняет остановку синтеза на гелии в войдах.

Третья глава монографии «Метамонизм» рассматривает переход от абстрактной логики продолжения процесса к конкретной геометрической демонстрации структурной организации. На основе мысленного эксперимента над изолированным процессом актуализации выводится геометрический цикл ортогональных разрешений: Точка → Луч → Плоскость → Объём → Инволюционное сжатие. Показано, что после исчерпания внешних ортогональных степеней свободы возникает потенциал фрустрации, стремящийся к бесконечности. Единственным логически возможным разрешением становится качественно-количественное преобразование масштаба — локализация и квантование, порождающее ансамбль дискретных узлов. Вводится структурный изоморфизм глобального (P₁–P₄) и локального (P₅–P₈) циклов, а также механизм встречного взаимодействия P₄ ↔ P₁–P₃. Формулируется гипотеза структурного изоморфизма с алгеброй Дирака. Глава демонстрирует, что вся структурная сложность реальности возникает из единого геометрического цикла и его рекурсивного повторения на сдвинутом масштабе.

Вторая глава монографии «Метамонизм» рассматривает переход от единичного акта актуализации к продолжающемуся процессу. Показано, что для продолжения актуализации не требуется вводить новые фундаментальные инварианты — все последующие структуры возникают как необходимые следствия единственного Запрета безразличия. Анализируется онтодинамическое противоречие локальной фиксации состояния: абсолютное самотождество выводит состояние из области определения оператора актуализации. Из этого противоречия выводятся три следствия: диссипация тождества как суть продолжающегося процесса; возникновение пространственности и временности как форм продолжения процесса; ортогональное разрешение как минимальное преобразование, снимающее противоречие текущего состояния. Вводится понятие рекурсивного контура и сопряжённого отображения. Формулируется теорема о принципиальной незавершимости актуализации. Глава демонстрирует, что пространство, время и все последующие структуры не являются самостоятельными сущностями, а возникают как необходимые следствия одного фундаментального запрета.

Настоящая работа представляет собой Предисловие к монографии «Метамонизм», посвящённой формальной теории процессуальной онтологии. В Предисловии определяются объект исследования (реальность как актуализированное сущее), предмет исследования (причина и механизм актуализации) и формулируется исходная проблема: исходя из эмпирического факта существования реальности, необходимо выявить минимальный инвариант, делающий возможной актуализацию именно такой реальности, которую мы наблюдаем. Вводится методологическое ограничение: вопрос о том, почему существует нечто, а не ничто, сохраняется как открытая философская проблема и не принимается в качестве исходного постулата. В качестве философского стержня книги утверждается, что Теория Всего должна быть не уравнением состояния, а теорией принципов — строгой дедукцией того, каким мир вынужден быть, чтобы не нарушить фундаментальный Инвариант. Физика, биология и сознание рассматриваются как последовательные, логически неизбежные ортогональные ходы одного и того же процесса, подчиняющегося единому набору генеративных принципов.

Общая идея Метамонизм не начинается с попытки заменить существующую физику. Он начинает с другого вопроса: какую процессуальную структуру описывает каждая теория? При таком подходе оказывается, что каждая из фундаментальных теорий фиксирует собственный уровень описания одного и того же процесса. Метамонизм не конкурирует с ними на уровне уравнений. Он предлагает возможный общий онтологический фундамент, на котором эти теории могут быть поняты как различные проекции единой процессуальной геометрии. Всё, что следует ниже, представляет собой программу поиска структурных соответствий, а не доказанное выведение существующих теорий из процессуальной модели.

We continue the operator-based program of Basic Ontodynamics by identifying matter with stable configurations of interacting topological operators. Building on the joint action O1⋆O2 introduced previously as the nonlinear composition satisfying simultaneous closure constraints, we now study the conditions under which such compositions become self-consistent and stable. Matter is defined as fixed points of operator networks: J∗ = (O1 ⋆ · · · ⋆ ON )(J∗), where stability corresponds to local minima of the deformation functional. Small oscillations around these fixed points lead to a linearized dynamics whose spectrum describes excitations. This framework interprets observable matter structures as emergent stable solutions of the operator dynamics, with mass, inertia, and binding energies arising as projections of these configurations. The identification of specific stable networks with known particles and atomic structures remains an open program for future work.

We extend the operator formulation of Basic Ontodynamics by interpreting interaction as the joint satisfaction of closure constraints imposed by multiple topological operators on a common actualization flow. While an isolated node is described by a single operator O transforming an incoming flow J into an outgoing regime, systems of multiple nodes require a nonlinear joint operation O1 ⋆ O2. We show that the joint action J12 = (O1 ⋆ O2)(J) is generally non-additive and can be understood variationally as the flow configuration that minimizes the total deformation of the background subject to the simultaneous closure constraints of both operators. The resulting interaction energy functional measures the excess or deficit of deformation caused by the joint presence of the operators. Negative interaction energy corresponds to compatible compositions that lower the overall flow conflict (binding), while positive energy corresponds to incompatible compositions that increase conflict (repulsion). This framework treats forces not as externally imposed fields but as effective manifestations of the non-additivity and non-commutativity arising from joint constraint satisfaction. It provides a structural language in which matter can be understood as stable networks of operator compositions, while leaving the identification of specific compositions with known fundamental interactions as an open program for future work.

We develop the operator layer of Basic Ontodynamics by interpreting nodes not as objects placed in a field, but as topological operators transforming an incoming actualization flow into an outgoing regime. The background flow is represented by the centripetal mode J4, while the outgoing mode J7 is not treated as an іndependent field but as the transformed continuation of the same flow through a localized closure structure. We show that a node must be described on three distinct levels: a topological operator level, a nonlinear effective level, and a linearized local approximation. Within this framework, the closure scale R0 is identified as the metric projection of the operator, giving rise to the mass relation m = ℏ/(cR0), while the effective inertial factor μ(ρ123) is interpreted as a response projection of the same operator in a given coherence environment. This formulation clarifies the structural origin of the two-representation description of gravitational dynamics: the response sector is not an independent field but a projection of node topology. We outline a program in which particle properties correspond to structural invariants of flow-transformation operators, leaving their identification with known quantum numbers as an open problem.

We present a two-sector (two-representation) formulation within Basic Ontodynamics in which observed gravitational anomalies arise from the mismatch between a geometric background representation and an inertial response representation of the same underlying actualization flow. The background sector is governed by the scalar field ϕ = ln ρ4, whose dynamics reproduces Newtonian gravity in the weak field limit and whose covariant completion was established in previous work. The response sector is encoded by an effective inertial factor μ(ρ123), determined by the local coherence structure of the ambient medium. The resulting equation of motion reads a = J4 / μ(ρ123) = −∇ϕ / μ(ρ123) , showing that the observed acceleration is the directed actualization flow renormalized by the position-dependent inertial response. In the galactic regime this naturally produces flat rotation curves, the radial acceleration relation, and the full dark-matter phenomenology without invoking additional particle species. Lensing and dynamical mass estimates probe different representations of the flow and therefore need not coincide.

We present a covariant completion of the phase-topological framework in which mass arises from topological closure and gravity emerges as screening of a scalar background field. Motivated by the structure of the probe equation of motion, we introduce the logarithmic variable φ = ln ρ4 as the fundamental degree of freedom of the background. We show that the static screening law admits a minimal relativistic covariant extension given by a wave-type equation □φ = κT . In the homogeneous limit this reproduces special relativity, while in the weak-field static limit it reduces to the Poisson sector obtained earlier. We further demonstrate that the effective metric structure arises as an emergent encoding of φ and its gradients, and that general relativity appears as a macroscopic geometric representation of the underlying scalar dynamics rather than a fundamental postulate.

We propose a minimal process-based framework in which physical quantities arise from constraints on phase evolution in spacetime. Matter is identified with topologically closed phase configurations satisfying a quantization condition H dϕ = 2πn. Within this framework, mass is not a fundamental parameter but a geometric property associated with the inverse characteristic scale of phase closure, m = ℏ/(cR0). A single variational principle applied to the phase field yields the Klein–Gordon equation in the relativistic regime and the Schrödinger equation in the non-relativistic limit. Local phase invariance naturally leads to gauge interactions. The approach eliminates point-like singularities and recasts mass, inertia, and interaction fields as emergent features of phase topology.

In a previous work, mass was derived as a geometric property of topologically closed phase configurations (nodes) satisfying H dϕ = 2πn, yielding m = ℏ/(cR0). Here we extend the framework to account for interactions between nodes. We introduce a scalar background field ρ4(x) representing the local availability of the centripetal actualization component. Each node screens this background proportionally to its mass, creating a deficit region. The resulting inhomogeneity of ρ4 determines the effective dynamics of other nodes: they move along paths of minimal phase conflict. We derive an explicit relativistic equation of motion from phase extremality, showing that geodesic structure emerges without postulating spacetime curvature.

We propose an ontodynamic interpretation of special relativity in which the constant С represents the structural limit of causal connectivity rather than merely the speed of electromagnetic radiation. In this framework spacetime does not exist as a pre-given container but emerges as the first structural form of the actualization of events. Starting from this causal limit we derive the Minkowski interval, explain the Lorentzian signature of the metric, and show why the causal domain takes the form of a light cone. The dimensionality of physical space and the inverse-square law for field propagation follow naturally from the same geometric structure. We further demonstrate that any fundamental field propagating through this causal structure must obey a relativistic wave equation. Under minimal additional requirements — massless propagation on the causal boundary, absence of intrinsic localization, and the existence of conserved sources — the resulting field theory reduces to Maxwell electrodynamics. Finally we show that the photon necessarily possesses exactly two transverse polarization states, which emerge as a structural consequence of gauge redundancy combined with propagation on the null cone

This paper presents not a completed engineering theory of an instrument, but a research program growing out of the previous work on the physical reconstruction of a privileged cosmological synchronization via the dipole anisotropy of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) \cite{Myshko_CMBSync}. The central idea is that the global cosmological background can serve not only as an argument in the foundations of physics, but also as an operational navigational resource. A conceptual architecture of \textbf{ANS-F1234} (Actualization Navigation System) is proposed, combining four classes of observables: (i) the CMB dipole as a reference for global velocity and orientation; (ii) a comparative system of atomic clocks as a sensor of local deformation of cyclic processes; (iii) inertial and gravitational sensors as a local dynamics loop; (iv) cosmic rays, magnetic field, and plasma as indicators of the galactic environment. Within the Metamonist corpus, this system is interpreted as an attempt to navigate not by individual objects but by the structure of the medium itself. The paper formulates the physical principle of the system, its modular architecture, the temporal scheme, the expected advantages for autonomous interstellar flight, a preliminary error budget, a comparison with existing deep-space navigation methods, and a staged experimental verification program. Particular attention is paid to the fact that ANS-F1234 at the first stage operates as a hybrid autonomous navigation system, and at the second stage may serve as a metrological platform for testing the possible dependence of local physical cycles on the state of the medium.

The Michelson--Morley experiment of 1887 refuted the mechanical model of the aether, yet was interpreted as closing the entire class of questions about a preferred medium and absolute rest. The present paper shows that this interpretation is redundant relative to the data. The dipole anisotropy of the cosmic microwave background (CMB), reliably measured in 1977, establishes a physically preferred reference frame the CMB rest frame thereby making possible the physical reconstruction of a privileged global synchronization. This does not contradict special or general relativity: both theories correctly describe local physics within a medium that is homogeneous at laboratory scales. An extended thought experiment with six spatial directions shows that the CMB Doppler shift allows any observer to precisely recover the vector of their motion relative to the CMB rest frame and the global simultaneity of events. Within the Metamonist corpus, the medium is identified as the actualization field F1234, of which the cosmic microwave background is the thermodynamic signature. The ontological interpretation of SR and GR requires clarification: both theories describe correct local kinematics of observers but do not exhaust the global structure of spacetime.

Quantum mechanics is the most precisely verified theory in the history of physics. It is also structurally incomplete in a specific and diagnosable way: it operates with three variables of the F-hierarchy — F5 (impulse), F6 (frequency), F7 (amplitude) while systematically omitting F4, the actualization field whose local density ρ4 determines whether and where F7 closure occurs. This omission is absorbed into a single constant ℏ, declared fundamental, and its consequences are mistaken for features of reality. The present paper identifies ρ4 as the missing variable and derives four structural consequences. First, the uncertainty principle is a theorem about an incomplete de- scription: the complete relation is (F 5, F 6, ρ4) → F 67; quantum mechanics works with (F 5, F 6) → ? and calls the question mark fundamental. Second, wave function collapse is continuous dissipation through the closure threshold ρc — not a discontinuous jump; instantaneous collapse would constitute Fix, which is structurally forbidden by the founding invariant of Metamonism. Third, the divergences of quantum field theory are the formal signature of F7 without F4: amplitude diverges when nothing holds it finite, and renormalization works because it accidentally captures the structural effect of ρ4 through an externally introduced cutoff. Fourth, the incompatibility of quantum mechanics and general relativity is not a mathematical problem but a structural one: both theories are limiting cases of a complete theory with explicit ρ4, valid in their respective regimes of ρ4 homogeneity. The actualization field is inhomogeneous across the large-scale structure of the universe. Voids carry high free ρ4 — unscreened by massive nodes. Dense clusters carry screened ρ4 — occupied by existing F7 closures. Black hole horizons mark the site of maximum ρ4 gradient, making Hawking radiation structurally necessary rather than accidental. Quantum fluctuations are F5 impulses attempting to cross the closure threshold: they succeed where ρ4 is free and fail where it is screened. Einstein’s hidden variable is ρ4 — not a local property of the particle but a nonlocal field property of the actualization medium. Bell’s theorem eliminates local hidden variables; it says nothing about the medium. ρ4 is the room, not the particle. One falsifiable prediction is identified as immediately testable: the 21 cm hyperfine transition of atomic hydrogen should exhibit a systematic frequency and amplitude shift between void environments and dense cluster cores, reflecting the difference in local ρ4. This shift is structurally distinct from gravitational redshift and Doppler displacement and may be detectable in existing radio astronomy surveys.
